Job Title: Executive Civil Site EngineerLocation: Fustat Development Project – Old Cairo.Tasks and Responsibilities:- Supervise the execution of civil works on-site according to approved engineering drawings and technical specifications.- Follow up on the execution of concrete works and finishing according to the nature of the project.- Supervise workers and contractors and monitor daily site work progress.- Review engineering drawings and ensure execution compliance with technical specifications.- Follow up on site requirements for materials and equipment, ensuring optimal resource utilization.- Monitor completion rates and adherence to the project's specified schedule.- Coordinate with the technical office, consultant, and project manager to resolve technical issues.- Prepare daily reports on executed works and completion percentages.- Ensure the application of quality, safety, and occupational health standards on-site.Conditions and Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.- 3 to 5 years of practical experience in civil works execution and site supervision.- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and executing according to technical specifications.- Ability to manage labor, monitor contractors, and organize site work.- Ability to solve technical problems and work under pressure.- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
