Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare Shop Drawings, Fabrication Drawings, and As-Built drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Prepare drawings for mirrors, partitions, cladding, furniture, decorative metalwork, and custom architectural elements.
• Review technical specifications, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and tender documents.
• Prepare Material Submittals and Technical Submittals.
• Take site measurements when necessary.
• Support production, procurement, and installation teams with necessary technical information.
• Prepare 3D models and renders to present projects to clients.
• Ensure drawings comply with project and consultant requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in technical office, architectural finishes, Interior Fit-Out, FF&E, metalwork, glass and mirrors, cladding, or partitions.
• Experience in hotels, malls, commercial, residential, or large-scale projects is preferred.
• Good knowledge of luxury finishing materials and custom-made products.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max.
• Knowledge of SketchUp is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

Technical Knowledge:

• Glass systems and decorative glass.
• Mirrors and their installations.
• Decorative metalwork (stainless steel, brass, aluminum, Powder Coating, PVD).
• Cladding systems and wall finishes.
• FF&E products and custom furniture.
• Partitions, doors, screens, canopies, skylights, and various architectural elements.
• Manufacturing and installation methods and material specifications.

Experience is preferred in companies operating in the field of:

• Luxury Interior Fit-Out.
• Architectural metalwork.
• Glass and aluminum systems.
• Hotel and resort projects.
• Luxury residential projects.
• Furniture manufacturing and FF&E.
