• Prepare quantity surveying for all civil and architectural work items.
• Prepare and analyze unit rates, determining costs for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Prepare cost estimates and full pricing for tenders (Tender Pricing & Cost Estimation).
• Prepare and analyze quotations submitted by suppliers and subcontractors, comparing them technically and financially.
• Review modifications to drawings and specifications, determining their impact on quantities and costs.
• Prepare and review progress invoices and quantify executed works.
