About the Role

Were looking for a Data Entry Analyst to join our growing team and support a USbased construction services company. This role is ideal for detailoriented professionals who enjoy organizing data maintaining project records and ensuring billing accuracy.

Youll work closely with the project coordination and operations team helping to keep project data up to date organized and accurate. If youre consistent reliable and take pride in your attention to detail this could be a great fit.

What Youll Do

Daily Tasks

• Monitor shared inboxes and accurately log updates or requests into internal tracking tools
• Enter and update data from emails and project files across various logs and trackers
• Ensure project records are current and errorfree

Weekly Tasks

• Track time & material (T&M) tickets and purchase orders (POs)
• Support updates for weekly reporting dashboards and internal meetings
• Prepare data summaries and documentation for supervisor review

Monthly Tasks

• Assist with compiling data for monthly billing and project reporting
• Review production data to ensure accuracy against estimates
• Maintain logs for change orders and project timelines

What Were Looking For

MustHave Skills

• Fluency in English
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently with consistent followthrough
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel Google Sheets and other data entry tools
• Clear written English communication for handling internal documentation

Preferred

• Prior experience in a data entry admin or operations support role
• Experience working in fastpaced or remote team environments
