Atef Al-Haswa Law Firm for legal counsel and consulting announces its need for male and female lawyers registered with the primary and appeal court rolls to work on general cases from the firm's headquarters in Nasr City, Cairo.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in law firms.
• Registration at the primary or appeal level, with a valid Bar Association card.
• Ability to find practical solutions for legal problems, rather than just performing procedures.
• High skill in dealing with clients and communicating with them.
• Strong legal drafting skills, and experience in multiple branches: Civil, Criminal, Family, and Commercial law.
• Willingness to travel to governorates when necessary.
• Ability to organize files electronically and use the office's management software.
• Commitment to a professional appearance.

Working Days

From Saturday to Thursday, full-time from the firm's headquarters.

Tasks

• Handling cases before courts and the public prosecution, according to their level of registration.
• Preparing filings, memos, legal notices, and contracts, and submitting a written report for each session.
• Meeting with clients, studying their files, and proposing appropriate solutions for each case.
