We Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property headquartered in Smart Village, Egypt, are seeking to hire a high qualified IP Lawyer our Team in Egypt.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving, reviewing, and replying to the clients' legal inquiry emails.

• Giving suitable legal advice to the clients and associates in coordination with the external legal attorney where needed.

• Replying to the trademark rejection and filing a petition to complete the legal procedure to reach the final registration

• Filling an opposition and counter opposition against trademarks based on clients inquiries and instructions.

• Sending a legal cease and desist waring letter where an infringement cases arises

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in Trademark Field

• Bachelor of Law (English Section)

• Excellent command of English (written and spoken) (Required)

• Strong attention to details and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Location: Smart Village, Egypt
