Job Summary

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration Hotel Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Operations Manager position within the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in hotel operations guest services food & beverage housekeeping or resort management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Sound knowledge of hospitality operational standards policies and best practices.
• Ability to manage budgets control costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hotel management systems.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
