Job Vacancy: Customer Modifications Engineer

A leading company in the Real Estate Investment sector is looking for a qualified Customer Modifications Engineer to join its team in Alexandria.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering +15 years of experience .

- Previous experience in Customer Modifications, Technical Office or Real Estate projects.

- Experience in coordinating with clients, technical office and site teams.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Photoshop and Microsoft Office.

- Ability to review technical drawings and assess the feasibility of client-requested modifications.

- Experience in quantity take-offs and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) review.

- Good communication, problem-solving and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate client-requested modifications and finishing changes.

- Follow up on unit handovers and resolve clients' comments and snags.

- Coordinate with technical office and site teams to m ensure proper implementation of approved modifications.

- Review drawings, technical details and BOQs related to modification works.
