• Responsible for planning, designing, managing, and supervising civil engineering projects to ensure they are completed safely, efficiently, within budget, and according to the required quality standards and project specifications.

• Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.

• Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant civil engineering experience, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, engineering principles, and applicable building codes.

• Proven experience in site supervision, project coordination, and construction management.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Primavera P6, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software is an advantage.

• Experience in quantity surveying, cost control, and project scheduling is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.

• Professional engineering registration or relevant certifications are an advantage, where applicable.
