Job Opportunity :

Site Engineer ( Interior Finishing & Execution )

Company : Construction & Interior Finishing

Location : Cairo, Egypt ( Cairo-based candidates only )

Employment Type : Full-time / On-Site

Key Responsibilities

• Site Execution & Supervision :

Direct and supervise day-to-day execution activities on-site, ensuring all finishing stages adhere strictly to architectural standards and design drawings.

• Item Inspection & Handover :

Execute, inspect, and approve all work items from start to final client handover.

• Compound & Administrative Coordination :

Liaise directly with compound management administrations to secure work permits, manage approvals, and submit/authorize proposed modification requests.

• Quality & Code Compliance :

Enforce exact compliance with standard engineering codes, technical specifications, and safety guidelines for all project components.

• Resource & Schedule Management :

Coordinate subcontractors, manage material deliveries on-site, maintain strict timelines, and ensure project milestones are met without compromising quality.

Requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Experience :

3 to 5 years of proven experience in site execution, item-by-item technical inspection, and quality control.

• Location :

Must be residing in Cairo, Egypt.

• Transportation :

Must own a private car for site visits and compound coordination.

• Compound Management Expertise :

Hands-on experience dealing with compound admin offices regarding permits, regulation compliance, and architectural design modifications.

• Technical Mastery :

In-depth knowledge of engineering codes, technical specifications, and execution best practices.
