About the job

We are seeking a qualified Facility Engineer to support daily facility operations and ensure the efficient, safe, and reliable performance of building systems.

The role involves supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities, troubleshooting MEP systems, monitoring maintenance schedules, and coordinating with technical teams and subcontractors to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.

Role Description

• Supervise and follow up on daily preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Support the operation, troubleshooting, and repair of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and low-current systems.
• Ensure smooth daily facility operations and timely resolution of maintenance issues.
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, and equipment performance.
• Coordinate with technical teams and subcontractors to ensure work quality and compliance with safety standards.
• Report technical issues and coordinate with clients and internal departments when required.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management or a similar environment.
• Good technical knowledge of building services and MEP systems.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and prioritize maintenance tasks.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong teamwork skills.
