Responsibilities:Production:• Execute the established plan with a focus on achieving actual and net efficiency.• Operate production line machines.• Collect machine data regarding the final product to calculate the breakage rate during their shift.• Immediately inform the direct supervisor of any machine stoppage.Autonomous Maintenance:• Perform autonomous maintenance activities for the assigned machine (cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and tightening) according to the preventive maintenance schedule.Corrective Maintenance:• Perform tasks assigned for corrective and preventive maintenance.Troubleshooting / Planned Maintenance / Overhauls:• Under the supervision of the shift lead, work to address minor mechanical stoppages on the production line (0 to 30 minutes).• Under the supervision of the shift lead and maintenance manager, work on major mechanical stoppages, planned maintenance, interventions, and overhauls.Other:• Execute assigned activities related to HACCP / TPM / AIB.• Adhere to the implementation of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines and requirements for all assigned tasks.• Adhere to the implementation of all food safety requirements during production and maintenance activities.
