Plan and manage departmental budgets to ensure cost-efficient operations. Forecast future infrastructure and equipment needs. Lead and manage engineering and maintenance teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure high performance and technical competence. Set clear performance indicators and regularly evaluate team results. Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upgrading of facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure operational efficiency. Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Monitor project execution to ensure completion on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Coordinate closely with the production department to optimize equipment operating conditions. Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international safety regulations and standards. Establish and maintain safety protocols for all maintenance and engineering activities. Conduct periodic audits to assess risks and take corrective actions when necessary. Identify opportunities for process improvement and technological advancements to enhance operational efficiency. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, new technologies, and best practices. Encourage innovation to solve operational challenges and meet business needs. Work closely with other departments to ensure engineering and maintenance activities support organizational objectives. Communicate with contractors and service providers to achieve the best results for the organization. Provide progress and performance reports to senior management. Job Requirements: Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Location: Residents of Sadat City or nearby areas are preferred. Experience: 5-7 years of experience, with at least 3 years as a maintenance engineer in feed mills. Skills: Strong project management, organizational, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in maintenance management systems and engineering software. Strategic thinking and planning. Problem-solving and decision-making. Budget management and resource allocation. Team leadership and conflict resolution. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
