About the role

A leading Egyptian supplier and installer of decorative and architectural finishing systems is hiring a Site Engineer for its Supply & Apply division. You will be our eyes on the ground: you will take over the site, control materials, direct the installation crews, keep the project on schedule and to standard, and follow the money through to collection. You will be the link between the drawings, the warehouse, the contractors, and the client.

What you will do

• Take handover of the site from the consultant or main contractor and confirm it is ready for installation to start

• Receive site deliveries, run the site store, and keep accurate records of all incoming, outgoing, and returned materials

• Track consumption of installation materials (putty, corners, screws, adhesives) and calculate consumption rates against plan

• Work from engineering drawings in AutoCAD and prepare clear execution details for the installation team

• Supervise installation daily for quality and pace, including joint treatment between cornice lengths to achieve a seamless finish

• Verify completed work against the drawings and the project schedule, and flag deviations early

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports covering work done, issues encountered, and proposed solutions

• Deliver a monthly site review: actual vs. planned installation, updated schedule, and material consumption analysis

• Manage installation subcontractors, including work measurement, payment certificates, deductions, and outstanding dues

• Prepare and submit client invoices and payment certificates, and follow up on collections until the project account is settled

Requirements

• • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Architectural preferred)

  • 5+ years of site experience in finishing, fit-out, or building-materials installation

  • Proven track record in following up on client collections and closing out project accounts

  • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; comfortable producing structured reports

  • Strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for quality

  • Confident communicator and negotiator with contractors and clients

  • Fluent in Arabic and English

  • Professional presence and the ability to represent the company on site
