Partners Outsourcing is hiring 4 Inbound Sales Agents to join our team serving a US energy deregulation company.

This is an inbound role, with very minimum cold calling. US customers call in to find out more information, and your job is to guide them and close the sale. We give you a proven script that works. Follow it, and you’ll get sales.

If you have experience with US customers, strong English, and want a stable schedule with real earning potential, this is for you.

What we offer:

• Salary up to 21,000 EGP including commissions

• Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM

• Weekends off, Saturday and Sunday every week

Your responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from US customers

• Explain energy plan options clearly and confidently

• Follow the sales script to guide customers to a decision

• Close sales and accurately record customer details

• Deliver a professional, friendly experience on every call

Requirements

• Previous experience working with US customers (call center, sales or customer service)

• Fluent English with clear communication

• Confident on the phone with a positive, results-driven attitude

• Able to commit to the fixed 4 PM to 12 AM shift, Monday to Friday

• Graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply
