Role Description The Technical Office Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis. This role involves preparing and reviewing architectural drawings, technical shop drawings, and detailed construction documents for stands, interiors, and related marketing spaces. The Technical Office Architect will coordinate with design, production, and project management teams to ensure that concepts are technically sound, compliant with standards, and feasible within budget and timelines. Daily tasks include conducting site measurements, performing technical assessments, managing documentation and revisions, and supporting the integration of architectural solutions with branding and event requirements. The role also requires monitoring project progress, addressing technical issues, and ensuring alignment with client specifications and international quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into accurate technical drawings and detailed plans.
• Experience with Software Development and Integration in the context of architectural workflows, such as using CAD/BIM tools and integrating technical data with project management or visualization platforms.
• Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, time management, and communication with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools) and familiarity with building codes and industry standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field, with prior experience in technical office or design coordination roles, preferably in exhibition stands, interiors, or commercial projects.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and capability to work under deadlines while managing multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, contractors, and clients.
