WE’RE HIRING | Tender & Estimation Engineer ( Waterproofing / Epoxy / Flooring Background ) Is A Must

Location: New Cairo

️ Discipline: Civil Engineering

Experience: 1–3 Years

Are you a Civil Engineer with experience in Tendering & Estimation and a background in Waterproofing or Epoxy works?

We’re looking for a Tender & Estimation Engineer to join a Saudi-affiliated company and one of the largest and most established companies in the Waterproofing & Epoxy industry, with extensive experience in major construction and infrastructure projects.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

2–4 years of experience in Tendering & Estimation.

Previous experience in Waterproofing or Epoxy projects is REQUIRED.

Excellent English communication skills are REQUIRED.

Good understanding of:

• BOQs

• Specifications

• Drawings

• Tender Documents

Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

⏱️ Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications.

Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimations.

Analyze project requirements, specifications, and tender conditions.

Obtain and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

Prepare and coordinate tender submissions.

Coordinate with Technical, Procurement, and Commercial teams.

Follow up on tender requirements, clarifications, and submission deadlines.

WORK DETAILS

Location: New Cairo

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Days Off: Friday & Saturday
