Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1 to 2 years of experience to support our growing recruitment operations. You will play a key role in sourcing screening and coordinating with candidates and clients ensuring a smooth and professional hiring process. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for multiple roles across different industries.
  
• Source candidates through job boards LinkedIn networking and referrals.
  
• Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist candidates for client review.
  
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  
• Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across different platforms.
  
• Communicate effectively with candidates providing timely updates and feedback.
  
• Support employer branding initiatives and represent Source It professionally to candidates.
  
• Achieve recruitment KPIs and contribute to the overall team targets.
  

Requirements

2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (preferably in a recruitment agency or outsourcing firm).

Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn job portals and other professional networks.

Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and candidate management.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

Positive proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

Based in Alexandria Egypt.
