The Senior Universal Banker will be the front‑line ambassador of MashreqBank Egypt in the 10th of Ramadan branch, managing teller operations, acquiring and cross‑selling to customers, and ensuring a seamless, compliant banking experience. The role demands proactive problem‑solving, strong relationship building, and a commitment to zero operational loss while championing digital channel adoption.
Responsibilities:

• Manage cash transactions at teller counters following the new branch model.
• Deliver consistent, high‑quality customer interactions to meet expectations.
• Acquire new customers and cross‑sell retail banking products to walk‑ins.
• Educate clients on alternative channels and digital banking solutions.
• Resolve customer complaints end‑to‑end, coordinating with support units.
• Ensure zero operational losses by adhering to policies and processes.
• Log and forward all inquiries and complaints to the appropriate unit.
• Handle complex financial transaction issues, including cash shortages, excesses, and fraud alerts.
• Meet personal and branch KPI targets for product sales and service levels.
• Recommend process improvements to reduce cycle time and cost while enhancing satisfaction.

• University degree (any discipline) with 2‑3 years of branch banking experience.
• Minimum 2 years of retail banking experience preferred.
• Age between 23‑30 years.
• Thorough knowledge of retail banking products, processes, services, and policies.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work with diverse customer demographics without bias.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Computer literate and tech‑savvy, comfortable with digital channels.
• Ability to make decisions on financial and non‑financial customer issues.
• Proven track record of meeting sales and service KPI’s.
