About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Accounting & Finance Associate to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are fluent in German and looking to kick-start their careers in finance and accounting within an international and fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Support daily accounting and finance operations.
- Process and review financial documents and transactions.
- Assist with account reconciliations and financial data analysis.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Support month-end closing activities.
- Collaborate with German-speaking stakeholders and internal teams.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and operational projects.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
- German language proficiency at C1 level or above.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Nice to Have
- Internship experience in finance, accounting, or shared services.
- Experience with ERP systems or financial software.
- Interest in working within an international environment.
Language Requirement: German C1+ & English Proficiency
