Job Purpose / Direct field supervision of daily site operations, monitoring the performance of labor and subcontractors according to approved drawings, technical specifications, and schedules, while ensuring the application of the highest safety, occupational health, and quality standards. Responsibilities and Duties / Monitoring and organizing the work of daily laborers and subcontractors in various disciplines (excavation, concrete, masonry, finishing, electromechanical). Receiving approved drawings from the site engineer and directing execution teams to work accordingly. Distributing daily tasks to workers and providing necessary tools and equipment to start work without delay. Monitoring the supply and disbursement of materials and equipment on-site and minimizing waste and shortages. • Ensuring all works are executed according to industry best practices and the technical specifications required by the consultant. • Preparing the site for inspections and sign-offs by the site engineer or consultant on schedule. • Early detection of technical errors or deviations from work plans and working to resolve them immediately in coordination with the site engineer.
