• Explain the available beverage menu and assist customers in choosing drinks that suit their preferences.
• Inform customers about daily offers, new products, and available loyalty programs.
• Prepare hot and cold coffee drinks and other beverages according to approved recipes and quality standards.
• Operate espresso machines, coffee preparation equipment, and grinders in a correct and safe manner.
• Grind coffee beans according to the type of bean and the required preparation method, and adjust grinder settings when necessary to ensure extraction quality and flavor consistency.
• Adhere to recipe measurements, coffee weights, drink sizes, and approved preparation and presentation methods.
• Explain the types of coffee available, their characteristics, roast levels, and preparation methods, and assist customers in choosing the appropriate coffee.
• Participate in selling coffee, beverages, and available products, and provide appropriate recommendations to customers.
• Receive orders, record them accurately, and ensure they are prepared and delivered correctly and in a timely manner.
• Verify the quality and appearance of beverages before serving, and address any errors according to approved operating procedures.
• Periodically clean espresso machines, grinders, beverage preparation equipment, and tools used.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the beverage preparation area, counter, and work surfaces throughout the shift.
• Monitor levels of coffee, ingredients, cups, lids, and other operating supplies, and inform the supervisor when restocking is needed.
• Adhere to storage procedures for coffee, ingredients, and supplies, and maintain them according to approved instructions.
• Adhere to personal hygiene, health, and occupational safety rules.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, and notify the relevant supervisor when needed.
• Commit to work hours, uniform, management instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure speed and quality of service and maintain a consistent level of performance.
• Clean and organize the workspace, equipment, and tools at the end of the shift, and ensure they are ready for the next shift.
