Pr & Marketing Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

* Coordinate execution of campaigns PR activities launches shoots activations and events
* Source and manage suppliers: production houses printers venues caterers and couriers
* Request and compare quotations negotiate prices and support supplier selection
* Handle purchase requests approvals payments invoices and delivery timelines
* Produce packaging invitations gifting displays print and event branding to the approved standard
* Run influencer and PR gifting: packing recipient lists dispatch tracking and delivery confirmation
* Support guest lists invitations RSVPs and media coordination
* Lead site visits setup on-ground operations and dismantling
* Build checklists production schedules contact sheets and run sheets
* Keep a live supplier database and deliver post-event reports on cost and supplier performance

Qualifications :

* 2-4 years in marketing operations PR coordination events or production
* Agency experience (a must)
* Hands-on experience with suppliers quotations purchasing and production follow-up
* Strong on-ground event execution and supplier supervision
* A sharp eye for detail and quality control
* Calm problem-solving when plans change at the last minute
* Good written and spoken Arabic and English and fluency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
* Flexibility to work outside regular hours during events launches and productions
* A background in fashion luxury retail beauty or lifestyle is a plus
* A bachelors in Marketing PR Business Administration Event Management or a related field
