We're Hiring | Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
We're looking for a passionate and driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team!
Requirements:
- 2–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Background in Construction, Contracting, Real Estate, or Oil & Gas industries.
- Previous experience in regional recruitment is preferred.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, and offer management across Egypt and other countries.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver qualified talent.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
