- Direct and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and dispatch/distribution.- Oversee the specialized handling, storage, and traceability of technical supplies, spare parts, raw materials, and heavy equipment.- Conduct continuous cycle counts, physical field audits, and maintain accurate inventory records within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to minimize discrepancies and material loss.- Implement Lean/5S methodologies to improve warehouse layout, optimize material flow, reduce operational cycle times, and maximize storage efficiency.- Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff while enforcing strict workplace safety standards, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines, and regulatory compliance.- Collaborate with procurement, site managers, logistics partners, and suppliers to ensure timely site delivery and provide seamless operational support.
