AP Supervisor

Requirements: ·

· Experience in the same role in the same industry not less than 5 years.

· Bachelor's degree in Commerce.

· Strong knowledge of taxes.

· Proficient in SAP SD/ AR & Microsoft office.

· Good command of English Language.

. Communication & Time Management Skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and support the Accounts Payable team in daily operations.

2. Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and proper approvals.

3. Monitor AP aging and ensure liabilities are properly recorded reconciliations, as needed.

4. Identify potential cash flow problems and financial irregularities in addition to liaising with department heads to ensure that each department remains within budget.

5. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements.

6. Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

7. Prepare AP reports and analysis for management.
