Service Advisor ( Scania )

Job Summary

• Greet customers and accurately identify their vehicle service or repair needs.
  
• Open and manage repair orders with complete and accurate customer and vehicle information.
  
• Explain recommended services repair requirements costs and estimated completion times to customers.
  
• Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and timely completion of repairs.
  
• Monitor workshop progress and provide customers with regular updates on service status.
  
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  
• Review completed work orders and ensure all services performed are properly documented.
  
• Prepare final invoices and explain charges clearly to customers before vehicle delivery.
  
• Promote additional maintenance services and service packages when appropriate.
  
• Ensure all warranty claims are processed according to company and manufacturer standards.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions service history and follow-up actions.
  
• Work closely with the Parts and Workshop teams to ensure parts availability and smooth workflow.
  
• Follow up with customers after service completion to confirm satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  

• Ensure compliance with company policies safety procedures and service quality standards.
  

Requirements

. in Mechanical Engineering

2 years of experience (preferably in commercial vehicles)

Strong communication & customer service skills

Very good English

Flexible and customer-oriented
