Job Description:

* Supervise and coordinate daily civil and structural construction activities across the project site.

* Ensure construction works are executed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

* Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, piping, and instrumentation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

* Monitor contractors' activities, manpower allocation, equipment availability, and construction progress.

* Review construction work plans, method statements, and site execution schedules.

* Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, site safety procedures, and permit-to-work requirements.

* Conduct site inspections, monitor work quality, and coordinate with QA/QC teams to resolve construction issues.

* Coordinate construction interfaces involving industrial equipment foundations, pipelines, storage facilities, and plant infrastructure.

* Identify construction delays, technical issues, and site constraints, and coordinate corrective actions.

* Support pre-commissioning activities, final inspections, and project handover.

* Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate site documentation.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

* Minimum 5 years of relevant construction supervision experience.

* Previous experience in industrial construction projects, preferably chemical plants, fertilizer plants, power plants, oil & gas facilities, or major infrastructure projects.

* Strong hands-on experience in civil construction and site supervision.

* Experience coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary construction activities.

* Candidates from construction contractors, EPC companies, and engineering consultancy firms are welcome.

* Good knowledge of reinforced concrete, structural steel works, construction drawings, and site execution procedures.

* Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, HSE regulations, and construction documentation.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

* Previous experience in greenfield industrial projects is an advantage.

* English communication skills; basic English is acceptable.
