Job Description

* Coordinate execution of campaigns, PR activities, launches, shoots, activations and events
* Source and manage suppliers: production houses, printers, venues, caterers and couriers
* Request and compare quotations, negotiate prices and support supplier selection
* Handle purchase requests, approvals, payments, invoices and delivery timelines
* Produce packaging, invitations, gifting, displays, print and event branding to the approved standard
* Run influencer and PR gifting: packing, recipient lists, dispatch, tracking and delivery confirmation
* Support guest lists, invitations, RSVPs and media coordination
* Lead site visits, setup, on-ground operations and dismantling
* Build checklists, production schedules, contact sheets and run sheets
* Keep a live supplier database and deliver post-event reports on cost and supplier performance

Qualifications

* 2-4 years in marketing operations, PR coordination, events or production
* Agency experience (a must)
* Hands-on experience with suppliers, quotations, purchasing and production follow-up
* Strong on-ground event execution and supplier supervision
* A sharp eye for detail and quality control
* Calm problem-solving when plans change at the last minute
* Good written and spoken Arabic and English, and fluency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
* Flexibility to work outside regular hours during events, launches and productions
* A background in fashion, luxury, retail, beauty or lifestyle is a plus
* A bachelor's in Marketing, PR, Business Administration, Event Management or a related field
