Purpose

Provide the administrative assistance to the Correspondent Banking team in handling the Correspondent banking relationships and requirements within the various departments within the bank to ensure top quality service to the customers.

Description

Report Development:

1- Assist in conducting the Business Analysis reports and the quality portfolio reports by gathering all the required data to support the portfolio strategy formulation and decision making.

2- Prepare all the Monthly Reports related to the Correspondent banks relationships to help in setting, recommending and reviewing marketing plans for new and existing relationships

Relationship

3. Assist the officers in handling the customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction vis- -vis service quality.

4. Responding to all daily referrals from different operational areas to facilitate flow of work

5. Monitor the approval processes to the customer transactions ensure a minimum TAT per transaction.

Policies, Processes and Procedures

6. Implements approved department policies, processes, and procedures and monitors adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner

Day-to-day management

7. Follows the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the Correspondent Banking department to ensure continuity of work

Compliance

8. Complies with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

o Bachelor of Commerce English Section or any equivalent degree.

o 0-3 years of experience.

Skills

o Good command of one to two foreign languages both verbal and written (English is a must).

o Good command of MS Office

o Trade Products Knowledge preferable
