Key Responsibilities:

• Mastering Compliance: Oversee all aspects of the customs clearance process, ensuring 100% adherence to Egyptian import/export laws and regulations.

• Customer Excellence: Provide world-class Customer Support and Customer Care, keeping our clients informed and confident throughout the shipping lifecycle.

• Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and submit accurate documentation to facilitate the rapid release of goods.

• Strategic Coordination: Collaborate closely with freight forwarders, transport providers, and government authorities to streamline the supply chain.

Requirements

We are looking for an Experienced professional who brings passion and precision to the table. If you meet the following qualifications, we want to hear from you:

• Proven Expertise: You possess 3-7 years of solid experience in Customs Clearance and logistics operations.

• Skill Set: Mastery of Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Care is essential to thrive in this role.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Import/Export Regulations and Regulatory Compliance within the Egyptian market.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong Documentation Management skills and familiarity with Freight Forwarding methodologies.

• Communication: Exceptional Communication Skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders and government officials.

• Location: Ability to work On-site at our Cairo, Egypt facility.
