Role Description The Senior Business Developer will lead efforts to grow Profound Agency’s client base and expand relationships with existing partners. This full-time, on-site role in Alexandria, Egypt involves identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and driving lead generation through targeted outreach and networking. The Senior Business Developer will conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends, prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations, and collaborate closely with internal teams to align service offerings with client objectives. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining strong customer service standards, negotiating contracts, tracking performance metrics, and providing strategic input to support the agency’s growth plans.

• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to maintain long-term client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Experience in business development, sales, or account management within marketing, advertising, or digital agencies is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to meet targets, manage multiple projects, and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic sales reporting; familiarity with digital marketing and branding concepts is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
