Role Description The Senior Supervisor Application Developer (AI & .NET) will lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications, focusing on integrating AI capabilities into .NET-based solutions. This full-time, on-site role is based in Cairo and involves supervising development teams, reviewing code, and ensuring software meets performance, security, and scalability requirements. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with stakeholders to gather technical and business requirements, translating them into application architectures, and overseeing implementation and integration with existing systems and databases. The role will also involve troubleshooting complex issues, optimizing applications, mentoring team members, and contributing to best practices, standards, and documentation for software development and integration. The Senior Supervisor will work closely with cross-functional teams to support digital transformation initiatives and deliver reliable, high-quality applications aligned with Xceed’s operational needs.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Software Development and Programming, with hands-on experience in .NET technologies and AI-driven application design.
• Experience working with Databases, including designing schemas, writing optimized queries, and managing data integration and performance.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for user interface styling and consistent application look and feel.
• Demonstrated ability in Integration, including connecting applications with APIs, third-party services, and internal systems securely and reliably.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in application development, including supervisory or team lead responsibilities.
• Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and secure coding practices in enterprise environments.
• Ability to analyze requirements, produce technical designs, and manage end-to-end delivery of development projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site
