Role Description The Application Supervisor (AI Integration/LLM and .NET) is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of applications that leverage large language models, AI capabilities, and .NET technologies to support Xceed’s business operations. This full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi involves coordinating application development, integration, and enhancements, and ensuring solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards. The supervisor will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and manage application lifecycle activities including testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization. Daily responsibilities include guiding technical teams, handling escalated application issues, providing technical support leadership, and ensuring smooth integration of AI-driven features into existing platforms. The role also includes mentoring team members, contributing to technical documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across applications and related processes.
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• - Minimum 4 years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a senior or leadership role.
• - Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and REST APIs.
• - Experience with PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
• - Good knowledge of React or Angular.
• - Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
• - Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and LLM integration is a strong advantage.
• - Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• - Fluent in English. solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, data security standards, and integration patterns relevant to AI-enabled applications.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multilingual environment.
