Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Qesm Heliopolis, focused on packaging machinery solutions. The Sales Engineer will identify customer needs, present technical solutions, and support the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, delivery, and after-sales support. The role also involves providing technical guidance, responding to customer inquiries, and troubleshooting packaging machinery issues in collaboration with service teams. The Sales Engineer will maintain strong relationships with existing clients, develop new business opportunities, and report on market trends and competitor activity to support sales strategy.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and technical knowledge related to packaging machinery.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Service skills to manage the sales cycle and maintain client relationships.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for presenting solutions and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Technical Support abilities to assist with product selection, installation coordination, and basic troubleshooting.
• Relevant engineering or technical degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering (or equivalent experience) is beneficial.
• Experience in packaging machinery, industrial equipment, or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, and to translate complex concepts into practical solutions for clients.
• Strong organizational skills, willingness to visit client sites, and readiness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
