Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Omnichannel Sales Advisor role based in Mall of Egypt, 6th of October City.

You will support customers across in-store and digital channels while driving sales performance and contributing to overall store operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding omnichannel customer experience across in-store and digital channels
• Drive commercial performance through customer engagement and product expertise
• Ensure smooth store operations and high store presentation standards
• Maintain stock flow, availability, and inventory accuracy
• Apply merchandising guidelines to ensure a commercial and attractive store layout
• Provide a seamless checkout and returns experience
• Contribute to team performance and store efficiency
