Role Description The Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis. The person in this position will advise clients on destination options, vacation packages, and group tours, and design tailored itineraries that match each traveler’s budget and interests. Daily responsibilities include handling flight, hotel, and ground transportation bookings, managing reservation changes or cancellations, and ensuring all travel arrangements are accurate and timely. The Travel Consultant will respond to customer inquiries, provide pre- and post-trip support, and coordinate closely with suppliers and partners to secure competitive rates and availability. The role also involves maintaining client records, using reservation systems and travel platforms, and contributing to continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management.
• Candidates should possess solid experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills.
• Candidates should possess strong communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with online booking tools, GDS or similar reservation systems, and basic MS Office applications.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
• Candidates should possess prior experience in a travel agency or tour operator environment; knowledge of international destinations and visa requirements is an advantage.
• Candidates should possess at least a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
