Communicating with business customers via inbound calls.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements
University graduates only (graduation certificate is mandatory).
English proficiency: B2 level or above.
Males applicants must have completed, been exempted from, or have a valid postponement of military service.
Flexibility with Rotational Shifts.
