Training & Onboarding
Training Period: You will undergo a comprehensive 2 months training program designed to equip you with the technical knowledge and sales strategies required for the role.
Core Responsibilities: The role encompasses Technical Support, Upselling, and Target Sales, with performance-linked incentives.
Compensation & Benefits Structure
Base Salary
Total Gross Salary: 23,000 EGP Gross per month.
Basic Salary: 20,000 EGP Gross per month.
KPI Allowance: 3,000 EGP Gross per month, subject to performance.
Bonuses & Incentives (Additional)
Sign-On Bonus
Receive a bonus equivalent to one month's salary, paid in two installments:
50% after completing 3 months of service.
50% after completing 6 months of service.
Attendance Bonus (From Nesting Onwards)
Up to 4,000 EGP per month.
Awarded upon maintaining perfect attendance (0 APS / 0 Lateness).
Monthly Sales Incentives
Up to 10,000 EGP per month, in addition to performance points, based on achieving sales targets.
