Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for primary English teachers, primary and preparatory mathematics teachers, and kindergarten teacher assistants. Team members will design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum, assess student progress, and provide constructive feedback to support individual learning needs. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and learning materials, managing classroom routines, fostering a positive and inclusive environment, and maintaining open communication with students, colleagues, and families. Kindergarten teacher assistants will support lead teachers in classroom activities, help guide children through play-based learning, and assist with student care and safety throughout the day. All educators are expected to collaborate with the school leadership on academic initiatives, participate in professional development, and contribute to extracurricular or enrichment activities as needed.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and general Teaching abilities, with experience adapting instruction to diverse learning levels.
• Candidates should possess solid Lesson Planning and Education skills, including designing structured, age-appropriate learning experiences.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
• Relevant teaching certification or degree in Education, English, Mathematics, or a related field is beneficial.
• Experience working with primary, preparatory, or kindergarten students and familiarity with child development principles is preferred.
• Ability to create an inclusive, safe, and motivating classroom environment and to collaborate within a multidisciplinary school team is highly valued.
