Are you a proactive communicator with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction? We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Tele-sales & Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team!

About the Role:

In this position, you will represent our core services, connect with potential clients, and support existing customers across two key sectors:

Courier & Freight / Delivery Services

Manpower & Labor Supply Services

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to prospective clients to promote and sell our logistics and staffing solutions.

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat efficiently and professionally.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Resolve customer queries and complaints with high quality and timely support.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales leads.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma / Intermediate Education or above.

Experience: Previous experience in Tele-sales, Call Center, or Customer Service is preferred (logistics or manpower background is a plus!).

Skills:

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Basic computer literacy and CRM tools familiarity.

Motivated and target-driven personality.
