مهندس مراقبة النفقات الرأسمالية (Capex Control Engineer)

Reputable Co. working in Automotive filed located in 6 of October City seeking for Capex Control Engineer by the following terms:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Accounting, Finance or a related field.

· 1 year of experience in Capex planning, budget control, cost analysis, or financial reporting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

· Good knowledge of Capex and Opex budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

· Experience with SAP, particularly purchase requisitions (PRs), goods receipt notes (GRNs), and asset registration.

· Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and preparing monthly and annual budget reports.

· Good understanding of procurement processes and coordination with Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, and other departments.

· Ability to monitor 1budget utilization, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.

· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

· Very command of English, both written and spoken.

· Ability to meet deadlines and coordinate with multiple departments to achieve budget targets.

EXPECTED END RESULTS

1. Capex control on timely base, monthly & yearly progress reporting of GRN results / forecasting budget on timely base with NML

MAJOR ACTIVITIES

· Capex Budget setting for all MZK department

· Setting item budget lists agreed with management for all MZK departments for the

development of Gemba and securing smooth run of manufacturing lines..

· Monthly actual and forecast adjustment then reporting to related functions.

· Align with finance department different functions monthly reports.

· Align and guide MZK teams towards achieving monthly & yearly Capex/Opex targets.

· Support issuance of DOAs < delegation of authority> requests to spend timely each capex line item.

· Follow up with related DOA issuer /purchasing / inventory / accounting starting PR issuance on SAP till goods receive on SAP and asset or service registry.

Finally, achieve yearly target of Capex plan within the T/C of: -5%/-10%, and monthly

Residence: Preferably 6th of October City or Giza.
