• Production line management and operation: Full supervision of the plastic injection production process and ensuring efficient, uninterrupted workflow. • Setting parameters and machinery: Adjusting plastic injection machine settings (temperatures, injection pressure, screw speed, cooling time) according to the type of raw material. • Quality control: Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet standard specifications and detecting manufacturing defects (such as uneven cooling or shrinkage) and addressing them. • Efficiency improvement and waste reduction: Studying production lines to work on increasing productivity and reducing raw material waste. • Mold design and follow-up: Collaborating on the design of injection molds and monitoring their preventive and corrective maintenance. • Technical troubleshooting: Diagnosing malfunctions and issues that occur during the injection process in cooperation with operators and maintenance engineers. • Reporting: Documenting production reports, raw material consumption, and performance rates, and submitting them to management.
