Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing key accounts and develop new business opportunities.
- Lead and coach the sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop and execute sales plans based on market and customer needs.
- Monitor daily activities, sales targets, and team performance.
- Manage customer relationships and resolve complaints effectively.
- Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Management to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in Key Account & Modern Trade Management.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Experience in sales forecasting, route planning, market expansion, and customer relationship management.
- Good command of Excel & PowerPoint.
