Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Specialist with hands-on experience in blue-collar and industrial technical recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified factory workers, skilled technicians, and technical staff while maintaining effective candidate sourcing networks across Belbeis, 10th of Ramadan, and Obour.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination.

• Recruit blue-collar workers, skilled technicians, and industrial technical staff for manufacturing operations.

• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through job portals, social media, employee referrals, vocational training centers, and local sourcing networks.

• Build and maintain strong sourcing networks across Belbeis, 10th of Ramadan, and Obour industrial zones.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities.

• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, technical experience, and suitability for the role.

• Track recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, number of hires, sourcing effectiveness, and recruitment costs.

• Maintain an updated candidate database and accurate recruitment records.

• Use AI tools and digital recruitment solutions to improve sourcing, screening, and candidate communication efficiency.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely follow-up throughout the recruitment process.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Time-to-fill for technical and skilled-trade positions.

• Number of successful hires per month.

• Quality of hire and hiring manager satisfaction.

• Candidate pipeline strength and sourcing effectiveness.

• Offer acceptance rate and recruitment process efficiency.

Location: Arab Engineers Association, Belbeis, Sharqia & Head Office at Cairo
Experience: 3+ years in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
Working Days: Sunday – Thursday (Friday & Saturday off)
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial companies.

• Proven experience recruiting blue-collar workers and technical or skilled-trade positions.

• Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing channels and industrial labor markets.

• Established recruitment networks in Belbeis, 10th of Ramadan, or Obour are highly preferred.

• Good communication, interviewing, negotiation, and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.

• Familiarity with recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and AI recruitment tools is an advantage.
