Work on a shift system, 12-hour shifts. * Operate and monitor **Labeler, Shrinker & Palletizer** machines on PET lines. * Work with **Sidel and Krones** machines. * Start and stop the line safely according to operating procedures. * Monitor **HMI, Alarms & Machine Parameters** and handle minor faults. * Execute **Changeover** operations and change formats and sizes. * Adjust and monitor the quality of labels, shrink film, and palletizing. * Monitor product flow and detect any problems or bottlenecks on the line. * Record production, downtime, faults, and operational data. * Coordinate with **Maintenance, Quality & Production** teams to resolve issues. * Adhere to **Safety, GMP & 5S** instructions. * Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area and machines. * Work on a shift system and handle the pressure of operation on high-speed lines.
