Key Responsibilities:

• Install, operate, maintain, and repair central air conditioning systems, including Chillers, VRV, and VRF.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance works according to approved maintenance plans.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic malfunctions.
• Maintain and operate VRV/VRF indoor and outdoor units, and adjust system settings.
• Conduct pressure tests, detect and repair refrigerant leaks, and recharge circuits as needed.
• Maintain AHU units, FCU, Cooling Towers, Pumps, and all equipment associated with central air conditioning systems.
• Monitor system performance and read pressures, temperatures, and energy consumption to ensure operational efficiency.
• Read electrical and mechanical diagrams and control circuits for HVAC systems.
• Prepare maintenance reports and document malfunctions and corrective actions.
• Adhere to occupational health and safety procedures during the execution of maintenance work.

Qualifications:

• Technical industrial diploma or technical institute (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Mechanics, or Electricity).
• 3 to 7 years of experience in the maintenance of central air conditioning systems and chillers.
• Experience in major projects is preferred.
