Role: Responsible for executing the production plan (increasing efficiency – raising personnel standards – implementing an action plan – maintaining health and safety – daily production – applying autonomous maintenance – oiling and lubrication) according to the company's goals. Responsibilities: Operating the machine • Monitoring the production process • Maintaining machines and repairing malfunctions • Maintaining personal protective equipment and all other company property. Reporting any working conditions deemed unsafe or unhealthy immediately to their supervisor or the Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment inspector • Working according to the W&M system, ensuring operation times are calculated correctly, and performing a detailed analysis of gross and net efficiency losses for production lines • Executing CILT activities, identifying abnormalities and open cards according to their type • Preparing OPL (One Point Lesson) systems and transferring them to other colleagues • Creating KAIZEN improvement topics in the areas of SOC/HTA and continuous improvement opportunities. Skills: - Intermediate qualification - At least 2 years of experience - Team spirit - Communication skills - Ability to read English.
