Role Description The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Nasr City. The role is responsible for designing and implementing M&E frameworks, tools, and processes to track project performance and outcomes across Linrco’s service lines. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring systems and workflows, collecting and validating data, maintaining databases, and preparing regular performance and compliance reports. The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will analyze trends, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. The role collaborates closely with HR, Recruitment, Payroll, and Quality teams to ensure timely, accurate information and evidence-based decision-making.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong System Monitoring and M&E skills for tracking performance indicators and project outcomes.
• Candidates should possess solid Data Management and Analytical Skills for handling, validating, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data.
• Candidates should possess effective Report Writing skills to produce clear, structured, and actionable reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in outsourcing, HR, or service-oriented organizations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and other data analysis or dashboard tools; familiarity with M&E software is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to present findings to diverse teams.
