Key Responsibilities:

• Flexible Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across online and on-site formats, accommodating adult and young adult learners in diverse settings.
• Assess & Feedback: Evaluate student development continuously, offering constructive evaluations and detailed performance reports.
• Maintain Standards: Track attendance, log student progress, and utilize digital educational platforms alongside classroom resources to facilitate interactive learning.
• Academic Collaboration: Partner with our core curriculum team to refine instructional materials and teaching methodologies.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. Teaching certifications (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent) are highly beneficial.
• Proven experience teaching English in online and/or classroom environments, with strong engagement skills.
• For Offline teachers, flexibility to work in Haram branches.
• Exceptional, clear, and accurate written and spoken English skills suitable for developing teaching materials and student assessments.
• Solid understanding of CEFR standards, lesson planning, and learner evaluation strategies.
• Reliable internet access and hardware for remote shifts, along with the ability to teach on-site.
